Cascade

Cascade is the comprehensive Performance Management solution that does all of this, and more. Simply stated, Cascade is the most effective solution designed specifically for government to implement a system of real Performance Management. It can be integrated with existing financial management and budgeting systems – so it is the add-on that turns what already exists into a power Performance Management system.

Cascade tracks program performance throughout the year with customizable scorecards, dashboards, dials, graphs, and reports, facilitating directed decision-making and enabling improved allocation of resources.

The Federal version of Cascade fully supports the requirements of the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA), the GPRA Modernization Act, and White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-11.

My Role
  • Working on creating/changes of REST Service
  • Implementing modules like strategic planning, performance budgeting, performance reporting, and performance analysis in the system.
  • Working in other phases of SDLC as per requirement.
Accomplishment
  • Reads, understands, and fleshes out requirements to be implemented. Provides technical input and advice on implementation strategies.
  • Provide timely and accurate reliability/quality in product and making product more stable.
  • Provide substantial cost benefits to the organization through better product designs, better control of processes, and minimization of manual operations.
